The Sims 4 Residential Lot

Nice, 40x40 property with 3 bedrooms and more than enough space for 8 Sims. It’s built using base-game only, but you can “expand” to your liking. Happy Simming everyone!

Please activate bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lot. bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects objects are used. Lot has been tested for play-ability.

Requires a patched, up-to-date game.

About Sims Transfer

I will upload all my creations here. That means uploading +/-3.500 files... and many, many more images. It will take quite some time... I will give priority to The Sims 4 meshes and The Sims 4 downloads in general. The Sims 2 downloads will follow, then The Sims 1 (because they are just a few). Anything else will follow in whatever order I see more convenient. As for News, Screenshots and Tutorials, the priority will be to add fresh content. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The Sims 4: Games Release Order

Update : In March 2021, EA introduced Kits to enrich the game play. Update : On July 16th, 2019, EA released a patch which, among other things, included a brand refresh. Here you will see the order that The Sims 4 games were / will be released. Don't know about you but I am pretty sure that like all previous Sims, we will have several GPs (Game Packs), SPs (Stuff Packs), and EPs (Expansion Packs) Original The Sims 4 game was rated PEGI 12.

The Sims 3: Games Release Order

Here below is the order that The Sims 3 games have been released. Other than the base game, we have eleven expansion packs and nine stuff packs. After installing the base game, you may want to apply the super patch, although for PC users it is recommended to update through Origin! You can read about this at the official site here . After that, it's recommended to follow the release order. Even more, after installing any expansion or stuff pack you should open the launcher to see if there is any patch to be applied before moving to the next installation. The original The Sims 3 game was rated PEGI 12.

The Sims 2: Games Release Order

Here below is the order that The Sims 2 games have been released. This is the order you should follow when starting a clean installation of all The Sims 2 games. Wherever a patch is mentioned, you should also apply respective patch before moving to the following stuff pack / expansion. Other than the base game, we have 8 expansion packs and 10 stuff packs. Note: Happy Holiday Pack (the 4 th stuff pack) is the same with Holiday Party Pack (the 1 st stuff pack), with the addition of 20 new objects. The original The Sims game was rated PEGI 12+

The Sims 2: All Careers

A complete list of all the careers included in The Sims 2 game series (base game and expansion packs). Somethings to know about having a career in The Sims 2: In order to apply for a job you need to check the daily newspaper or use your computer. If you have no skills, it makes no difference which means you will use to find a job, as you will have to start from the bottom of the chosen career path anyway (level 1). If you do have some skills though, it's preferable to use the computer. Not only the computer has more job listings, but also offers the chance to start working on a higher level, depending on the skills you have and job's requirements. Ιn The Sims 2, you will have to work on certain "skills" in order to be eligible for promotion. Required skills are different for different career paths. Furthermore, having a good mood is also required in order to excel in your job. In the contrary, continuous low performance will get you fired. Having a good mood
