Every single Sim in the neighborhood is dreaming of moving to this lot. It has only one bedroom with private bathroom and an open area consisting of kitchen, dining and living room area. Everything you need is on the top floor!
There is a BBQ and a secondary, summer dining area on the veranda (2nd floor). All you can find on the ground floor is a pool for swimming. When it’s raining you will probably prefer the pool in the open basement, where you can also enjoy a drink. Modified my legacy family's lot to make it with NoCC and base game only.
