Oasis Springs is one of the two worlds that came with the original The Sims 4. Just like Willow Creek, it consists of six neighborhoods, having various combinations of residential and community lots. There are sixteen residential lots in total but only four of them are occupied. The majority are waiting for the new residents to come, while few are yet to be built.Community Lots
- Desert Park: A large park where your Sims can enjoy desert nature and engage in some outdoor activities such as chess playing, exercising, studying, fishing and barbeque. Ideal for families with children!
- There is also one neighborhood hosting a complex of community lots:
- The Futures Past: Museum
- The Solar Flare: Lounge
- Burners and Builders: Gym
- Rattlesnake Juice: Bar
Families living at Oasis Springs
- Landgraab family living in Affluista Mansion: The Landgraabs seem like the perfect family; wealthy, well-mannered, brilliant. But Nancy and Geoffrey are each hiding something. Will their secrets tear them apart or will they continue to build a wealthy dynasty?
- Roomies family living in Casti Case: This household seems to have stepped right out of a TV sitcom. What wacky misadventures will the perky Zoe, easygoing Mitchell, uptight ladies’ man J, and intellectual Gavin suffer this week? Tune in and find out!
- Johnny Zest living in Slipshod Mesquite: Johnny Zest has the stage name and the dream, but not the talent... Disowned by the Landgraabs for quitting school, Johnny wants to make his own fame and fortune as a standup comedian.
- Caliente family living in Sultry Springside: It’s no longer girls-only now that Caliente matriarch Katrina has moved in her mooching boy toy, Don. With three fiery, attractive ladies in the house, will Don remain faithful, or will he get involved with more than one Caliente woman?
